Hi, my name is Hugo Hiemstra and I am a DevOps Engineer at 2ManyDigits. Four years ago I started studying IT. This is where I first came in contact with marketing cloud and developing. Now I am studying Communication and Multimedia Design at Avans University of Applied sciences. I discovered Salesforce recently and am very stoked to combine my expertise with the most powerful platform in the business. Working at 2ManyDigits is the perfect opportunity for me to grow as a Marketing Cloud Developer and I am very excited to join the crew and see where the future takes us!
Why did you join 2ManyDigits?
I was looking for a great learning ground and new things to discover. 2Manydigits was the perfect fit. The team is super relaxed and there is lots of expertise to learn from.
What does a typical day look like?
Coffee and a good pesto tosti to start the day off. Then I select a cercle set on YouTube to enjoy for a few hours. Electronic music makes me very motivated and in the mood to work hard. After work/studying I like to try new dishes with my roommates and play some darts or Mario Kart. In the evening working on new techno songs or row in my rowing team is most common.
What’s your fuel?
A Good cappuccino and a nice liveset to listen to. Also travelling gives me a lot of energy and inspiration. Going to a modern art museum and festivals are also great at letting things go and enjoy the moment.
How do you relax?
Having tasty dinner like an excellent Indian tikka masala or watching popular series like Breaking Bad or Dexter.
Any final thoughts?
Really stoked to be part of the team and can’t wait to improve my skills at 2ManyDigits!
