Who are you?
Hi, my name is Rico Fleur and I’m a Senior Salesforce Consultant at 2ManyDigits.
Why did you join 2ManyDigits?
After five plus years working as a Salesforce consultant for large corporations, I was looking for a change. I wanted to have more impact with my work, and work more closely with end-users to deliver results at a faster pace. The culture at 2ManyDigits also aligns with my personal values, and I enjoy being a part of the team.
What does a typical day look like?
My days are a mix of meetings with the client around solutioning, end-user feedback, or other ongoing tickets. Between meetings, I work on configuring Salesforce to create new functionalities or improve existing ones. And of course, I take the occasional break to play with my cats.
What’s your fuel?
Never being satisfied, always trying to push myself, constantly setting new goals, and achieving them.
How do you relax?
Spending time with my fiancée and cats, and occasionally playing some video games or reading a book. I also enjoy watching football.

Watching B&B Vol Liefde.
Which book did you recently read that you can recommend?
If you’re into F1, I would recommend How to Build a Car by Adrian Newey, one of the best engineers and aerodynamicists in F1.

When I am working out I enjoy listening to hip-hop or house music. On long drives I usually listen to podcasts.
