Crewmember of the month:

Well hello! My name is Nezaket, please feel free to call me Nez! I was born and raised in Groningen. After working in hospitality for 15 years, it was time for me to do something else. Marketing has always been a great interest of mine. So it would have to be something with marketing & sales / data.

At the beginning of 2021, I didn’t know what Salesforce was. At the end of 2021 I started a course at Techgrounds to become a 2x Certified Salesforce Consultant in 5 months.

Why did you join 2ManyDigits?

I got matched with 2MD through Techgrounds, and it was unlike any other company I have come across. Their love for the work, the respect and care for the crew, the playful but efficient work mentality is a perfect fit for me. So the choice was easy!

What does a typical day look like?

My alarm goes off at 6AM. I snooze it a couple of times, of course. Half an hour later I am enjoying a cup of coffee and I mentally prepare for the day with some stretches/reading good news/ going through my agenda. I enjoy taking it easy in the mornings, long showers, my morning croissant and I am ready for the day!

After work I go home, enjoy good food and study up/work on personal projects/play a couple of rounds of Apex Legends.

What’s your fuel?

Being able to use my qualities to make other people life’s a little bit easier makes my day!

How do you relax?

I am a person who likes to try new stuff all the time! So my main hobbies are gaming and relaxing with friends, trying new food, drawing patterns. But I am always down to try anything!

So what’s your guilty pleasure?

Cheese. Any kind of cheese. Lately though I have been way too much into dating showswhile eating cheese…

Tell us about your current Spotify playlist

My favorite band is The Strokes, but my current favorite Spotify list is a 90’s hitlist, ranging from hiphop to house to pop.

Which book did you recently read that you can recommend?

I like any kind of book that talks about the human mind, philosophy or anthropology. A good one I finished not long ago is: Never split the difference by Chriss Voss (with Tahl Raz)

Any final thoughts?

I am very excited for the future, my new career, new team, meeting new people and overall new adventures. If you see me, don’t hesitate to say hi!
