Crewmember of the month:

Hi, I’m Jolien van Antwerpen, Salesforce DevOps Engineer at 2ManyDigits.

Three years ago I decided to make the switch from teaching history to IT and got introduced to Salesforce. The wide range of possibilities, pace and the satisfaction of creating useful solutions made me instantly enthusiastic. After enhancing my skills and gaining some experience I am very happy to join the 2ManyDigits crew to gain even more and find new and exciting solutions!

Why did you join 2ManyDigits?

I was looking for a challenging new opportunity and it turned out that my wishes matched pretty much perfectly with what 2ManyDigits was looking for, so after several talks and an office meeting, here I am.

What does a typical day look like?

In the morning I will either take a train to the office or sit down on my couch with my laptop and a coffee to start a good day of working. Afterwards it is great to catch up with some friends or family over dinner and then relax a bit by watching tv, reading or playing a small game.

What’s your fuel?

I definitely enjoy my coffee to start the day (and perhaps a couple more during) and at the end of the day I really like to have a good Indian curry occassionally, especially with garlic naan.

How do you relax?

I love stories, so reading, watching films, watching shows etc,

So what’s your guilty pleasure?

I don’t think I have one really…

Tell us about your current Spotify playlist

I have been listening to a lot of Nightwish lately, but in general I like to listen to a mix of different styles of music like musical, soul, pop etc.

Which book did you recently read that you can recommend?

I recently finished the Foundation trilogy by Isaac Asimov. If you like to read science fiction these are interesting and entertaining and one of the best I have read so far.

Any final thoughts?

I am very excited to get started and see what we will achieve together!
